A Plus Automotive opened in 1991 as a small repair shop on West 14th. Customers kept asking us to find them good used cars — so eventually we started doing that too. Then leasing. Then sourcing specific vehicles to spec.
Today we do all three: full-service repair, hand-picked used cars, and short-term lease vehicles. But the heart of the shop is still the same — diagnose properly, fix it right, charge fairly. Everything else grew from that.
We’re still in the same building on the same block in North Vancouver. The same family runs it. Most of our customers have been coming for over a decade, and many of their kids are now bringing in their own cars.
Long-haul, not flash-in-the-pan.
